As a kid I loved these action figures the Wesley Snipes in the green shirt was my favorite one
I love this movie. One of my favorite gags, when they charge you for cursing lol.
I like when they laugh at him for not knowing how to use the sea shells so he curses a lot to get tp.
Like my Mom's swear jar lol
Haven't seen this in forever. Loved it back in the day.
I watched the movie not to long ago. It's kinda crazy how much stuff they got right about the future self-drive cars, FaceTime, PC culture list keeps going
That cryo claw tech has been hanging in my local comic shop forever.
Is this real? Cake fighting John Spartan?
Never had any of the toys- but I still have the videogame on SegaCD!
Makes a great double feature with last action hero, both movies were about trying to take the 80s action hero’s to a kinder gentler 90s
I remember seeing these peg warmers here in Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 when we finally got Toys R us in 1993
I only watched the film because I love Rocky oh I mean Stallone. But I never hit into these figures from the movie. In fact I never knew they came out with Domolition Man figures. Wow I just learned something today.
What a missed opportunity not making a Kick action Huxley. I still love this movie, even if they changed the winner of the franchise wars. Why Pizza hut?
No Taco Bell in UK and pizza putt and bell all owned by Pepsi
@@ThatJunkman Ah I see. I still wish Taco Bell didn't exist here. 😜
I’d like to see a video about the East Coast and West Coast variations on vintage Star Wars figures like the IG 88 and 21B
Never saw these in shops in England. Enjoyed the film in the cinema.
Fun fact: Most of these figures were tool re-use from Mattel's New Adventures of He-Man line which is why some of them (we're looking at you Dennis) looked so radically different.
I noticed that even as a kid, which is why I only got a couple of the Demolition Man figures...to go along with my HeMan figures.
@@paulfaulkner5786 Likely why there was no Sandra Bullock figure -- they didn't have any female figures fully tooled and ready to go for NA. I've been meaning to pick up some of these for my MOTU collection -- the Wesley Snipes figures in particular look really cool.
Hell YEA!!! We watched this this past weekend. The kids loved it. 🤘🤘🤘
If you watched a Pixel Dan episode he explains that them toys for the movie are same thing that Mattel did with new adventures of He-Man toy line
Yes that why I saw a photo of He-man and one of DM figures in this video
I live this moviw. All star cast of all of farmers
I don't remember this toy line, but the car looks cool. I would of bought that if 3 3/4" inch action figures could sit in it.
I love that movie! It was definitely an action movie period of time that will not return.
Junkman the Stallone with the hat is a re tool of new adventures heman
I still have deluxe hot wheels for sale in my store of that hot mess movie for last decade at still a few bucks each.... i should
Have just tore them open for the clear display box and thrown out the cars.
The yellow shirted Phoenix figure’s eyes make him look more baked stoner than homicidal maniac
I remember the film, it seemed to be a dry run for the later "judge dredd".
...and "demo..." was the better film.
I'm surprised somebody thought it was a good idea to base a toyline on this movie.
What do you mean, this was Stallone's comeback movie? Cliffhanger came out earlier the same year and grossed $255-million (nearly $100-million more than DM) on a $70-million budget.
Yep. That’s why 1993 is seen as his come back year. 2 hit films
That John Spartan figure with the green pants and yellow shirt is vomit-inducing. Also, why isn't he wearing his signature beret?
This movie also very much reminds me in parallel ways of my trips to Japan and what it was like... of course the Japanese thought of me more like the Snipes character profile there. ..unintendedly so
Either I totally forgot about these figures or I didn't even know they existed. lol
I may not have the action figures but I have the hot wheels police cars
How about the fact that spicy things were illegal but Taco Bell won the restaurant war.
In the overseas version of Demolition Man Taco Bell was changed to Pizza Hut, since the former was virtually unknown in many foreign countries at the time. This included dubbing over lines that mentioned Taco Bell and changing the Taco Bell logos during post-production to Pizza Hut logos. In the scenes where they dubbed in "Pizza Hut" it's really obvious that they edited the dialogue.
Sandra Bullock was at her peak in this movie. Never going to get a thicked thigh Lenina Huxley 12 inch figure. Sucks.
Never liked demolition man. It was too corny for me. "Murder death kill" sounded so ridiculous.
Thank goodness Steven Seagal didn't do Demolition Man. I've never cared for him.
What an idiotic commercial. No named toughest cop vs Wesley Snipes as Simon Phoenix?????? Really???? LMAO and ugh
The movie was...meh...I just remember taco bell had movie crap everywhere
Is this real? Cake fighting John Spartan?
