For the mask, take some foam, and move it around on the back of part of the front to see if it tightens around the foam and your head. Probably adding to the back of your head will pull onto the front more. Play around with different sizes. Then, use one nice big piece from the parts you tried onto the back. Make a little cuts, and hold onto it with your hand as you take off the mask. Then, take ducktape or whatever to fold a bit onto the back of the mask onto the foam so you can fold out the foam and place the glue. Fold the foam back onto the back of the mask, and hold it as it sets. Use the floor tile based gorilla gel super glue. It sets strong and won't eat up the foam or mask. Or adhere to any glue you're used to using.
