Why don't you organize over there? You cannot fight any fire if you can't keep a water supply. I see you have massive tankers, but they are never doing water shuttles? I've yet to see any potable tanks or large diameter attack lines of any kind. And you are at the highest risk of deflagration events. You have zero chance of stopping anything without a reliable water source, and a set standard of minimal pump standards
Do not expect for good Strategy or Tactics when it comes to fire service in the philippines because from top position to the lowest position of the department are corrupt , the local government are not supporting fire service they pretending they do they gather some project like example Fire station, fire trucks equipments or anything that they think to used the department as reason but when the fund comes they cut the budget to their project and make different project for their name, i interview one or some Fire Marshall and other stations they don’t know anything what we doing in USA
what they just have is small diameter hose doesn’t know about friction loss, straight layout, forward lay or reverse layout just donot roll it looks liked the operation is 1940’s no ideas on hoseload, if you visit those operation in youtube you will feel or get the answe.
