Now that's how you clean the griddle. I dislike how others dislike using dish soap for the first when there is absolutely nothing wrong but it's better because it removes and bad preseasoning and or machine oil, it makes me feel better and all I need to do now is heat the griddle up a season with the oil of my choice just like new. Great job my guy.
That looks like a nice griddle. I like how the griddle can come off and you can cook without it. You can't do that with a Blackstone. I'll have to check out one of these. Todd from da Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Yeah, and even with the griddle on, you can still use the third burner. Feels more robust than the blackstone griddles at the same price point. The griddle itself is really heavy duty.
this is the best grill for multiple people i have alot of grills this is my go to i prefer it over the blackstone its more modular i have mos of the accesories just need the pizza oven which keeps going up in price with the inflation hehehe
Have you had issues with your temperature knobs getting too hot to touch and then locking up? Far left knob gets really hot. Middle knob not as bad. Far right knob gets warm but doesn’t lock up.
I have to ask why did you buy the two burner griddle and not the three burner griddle Im looking to get one but not sure what one to get the three or the two burner My camp chef has three burners
This came as a package, the 2 burner griddle and the 3 burner base. I like having the spare burner for heating water and anything else that needs a pot. You can fit a mountain of food on just the two burner griddle.
You can but it would take a really long time before the water in a pot sitting on griddle would boil.& just listen to that double griddle solid the triple would be so heavy to try & pack around.

I just got a excellent deal on a 3burner 16 Tahoe can’t wait to use it!

Nope not at all. That doesn’t sound safe. Do your flames look normal underneath when it’s running?

Until the slightest breeze blows out the flames from underneath. Ugh.
There must be something wrong with yours. I’ve used mine many times in high wind. Never had it go out.
@@Modernhillbilly nah. Way to many posts over the years on Reddit of issues of wind blowing out flames from below… for this to be just me.
Weird I’ve had no issues. I have no affiliation with camp chef at all. I must have just got a good one.
