I'm a Hermitcraft fan and I don't want the crossover to end. Please stop them from leaving.
Tip: They probably won't want to leave anyone behind, so you only really need to stop _one_ of them from leaving to stop _all_ of them. Scar is probably the easiest to keep on Empires because he's not very good at the game (just read the server chat full of death messages), and his relationship with Jimmy is also helpful.

Crack Theory: Jimmy, Joel, and fWhip’s attempt to stop the hermits from leaving will end up causing a bunch of the empires members to get stuck on hermitcraft to balance out the crossover
