      To be fair it took 1 person just to put on the protective plastic coating, and another to shape it on, so that's 2 wages for a thin plastic coating alone. But it's china so they get paid in microcents.
      If you counted up how many different hands that thing just went through and paid them western wages, it wouldn't be cheap

    I used to think manufacturing defects were why the core and magnets were not properly centred. Today I learnt the defect is the default.

    • @dieandlife88
      @dieandlife88 6 days ago

      Eh… no, si fuera un defecto no sonarían, se centran con el plástico verde que reutilizan una y otra vez, obviamente el centrado es al final del proceso no al principio, si no estuvieran centradas no funcionan. Mira nuevamente en el segundo 24 el núcleo està sentado y finaliza con el plástico verde que es cuando centran la bobina.

      @prety7838намагничивание происходит прямо на конверте.Едут по ленте и над ними стоит дроссель,срабатывает фотоэлемент ,подавая ток на катушку ,динамик подпрыгивает и мгновенно намагничивается магнит .Это происходит перед тренажёром и после тренажёра идёт на отк проверку.

      Как не удивительно , но на этом видео их намагничивают в уже собранном динамике , примерно на 1:24 времени видео , сама операция по намагничиванию занимает всего миг ( это как раз норма ) . Непонятка в том что собранная магнитная система вроде как не должна принимать стороннее намагничивание работая как экран , почему тут так не происходит для меня загадка .
