I recently heard of a guy who was in a same type of situation as Ike, their neighbor was always hammering, drilling or just overall being loud, and once the guy went to check what the issue was, THE NEIGHBOR HAD MADE THE APARTMENT INTO HIS PERSONAL WORKSHOP! IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING!
He clearly didn't think of the neighbors when he decided to do that, I wonder if Ike's neighbor is doing the same. 😂

This is the most relatable video. My neighbors mow the lawn all the freaking time. Have you ever heard someone mow the lawn at 7:00 pm in the rain? To quote Ike, I hate it here
