You're right about the Filipino-Spanish dialect in the south, we call it here Chavacano. English is one of the two official languages in the country. The other one is Filipino which is based on Tagalog which itself has borrowed words from Spanish too.

from a recent interview Pablo composed LaLuna 2019 when SB19 was still starting, he is a great lyricist, composer, producer,...... composing lyrics is a breeze for him even his mother is astounded where he gets his inspirations.
