@@Nancy-um9us 2006 we bought our caravan and decking , we paid haven just short of £33,000 and in 2014 we sold up for just £4,000, because of caravan depretsion, RATES, gas , electricity, surrige, insurance and if you asked them to do any type of work for the owner they would charge u nearly 15 per hour no matter how long they were there, we were paying over £500 per month to keep the van sighted, I think that's a lot of layout from 2006 plus fuel to get there, and we were not prepared to pay that kind of money any longer , if u have plenty of money and a bottomless pit it's fine, each to there own
@@michaelthomasoneill2471 Yeah I'm seeing 15 year old lodges for sale for over £100,000 , there's no way that's an investment. I'm only 18, obviously I want to get on the property ladder at some point and I was looking at what you can get for just over £100,000 and all these lovely lodges come up with nice gardens and decking etc but I know they won't be worth anything when I come to sell up in 15 years time. In conclusion, I definitely won't be looking any further into lodges and caravans. Also those site fees are ridiculous , I can't remember what they call them but you have to pay like £4000 a year to the site even when you've purchased.
I wonder if these lodges can be let as a holiday let
I realize I am kinda off topic but do anybody know a good site to watch newly released movies online ?
@@booneleon5295 Netflix is quite good
I was thinking the same thing. But heard they depreciate in value and there are ground rent etc
Ground rents are a rip off.
Been there done that wore a very worn T-SHIRT think b4 u buy.
why?
@@Nancy-um9us because we lost thousands that's why......
@@michaelthomasoneill2471 Can you explain why?
