Met Police is ‘Institutionally Racist, Sexist and Broken’

Baroness Casey’s year-long review into the Met Police condemns systemic failures, saying a "boys' club" culture is rife and the force could be dismantled if it does not improve.
The Met's Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley admitted "we have let Londoners down".
Last night on The Talk, Afua Hagan says the Casey report proves “the Metropolitan Police is rotten from the top to the bottom”, but Ian Collins questions its wording and validity.
