I have a trick on how to avoid Resurrection :
Basically in a straight line, she's just as fast as you are walking, so when running from her go to the nearest long hallway, look at her and walk backwards, she won't catch you unless you make even a slight turn (you'd have to go perfectly straight for this trick to work, and make sure you have some distance from her), then once your stamina is back up you can start running again, whilst you're in the hallway, get her close to the nearest wall and then make a break for it to the adjacent wall, going in her direction, with some distance, you should be able to 'flank' or 'juke' her.
Though you must be able to sprint for this to work so for mobile... yeah...
