Never understood why he missed the point of rylais is to slow the enemy esp for your team and thats way more helpful than making singed faster. Rylais is always > movement speed item in its place

i rmb he said in another vid, if enemy have too much dash, rylai dont really effective, and singed need to touch enemy, so move speed is better
