Hello Renuka ... Thanks for your comment ... Why you feel we cannot take 20? ... Question is not about finding value of x1 or x2 its abt area ... so area cannot exceed 400 thats the answer...

Rule: Rectangle can be considered as square but square cannot be considered as rectangle.
So we can consider 20*20
