I like the reminder/tip to do it for "future me". I'm very extrinsically motivated and need help from others to stay motivated, but I can now say "Do it so future me doesn't have to" is so simple yet so smart!

I LOVE THIS VID!! random but along with the candle idea, I have specific scents/candles I use ONLY for relaxing and then I use different ones for studying. Especially since school/work/relaxing all take place in my same room, I found that this helps by changing my environment based on what i'm using it for in small ways!
Good info - to-do lists are very helpful. I personally use a weekly planner and set my daily tasks bases off my goals I want to achieve. Setting goals the right way and knowing how to achieve them in the fastest time requires a certain amount of focus.

I’m trying to stay motivated but I’m losing it I started 6th grade online learning. and they added fitness class on top of my other courses, and it’s just really stressful.
I’ve overworked myself to the point where I felt like I was gonna get sick for a whole day, my body was weak to the point where it STRUGGLED to get up so I had to call in sick for work... I was extremely tired

Hi, my best advice is to 1) message teachers say that you basically been struggling and have barely done much work, which is why you haven’t given in work. Then say that even though that you will be completing the work soon, and that you wanted them to knows that you work will be late in, but you will do it. 2) if you are VERY behind as in 3-5 weeks worth of work behind, I suggest choosing a subject each day to catch up on. For example Monday maths Tuesday English Wednesday etc. Then ( let’s say your behind on maths) you go through ALL the ppt and all the work, only write 2 examples and key points, try to complete 3-5 actual hard questions. If you need more tips just ask!! I can help ya don’t worry, I was extremely behind and I’m 13 but with practice your be just fine!
