We came out to PP a few years ago. The sun beds and beach services were ready when the clocks changed at the end of march and everything was put away when the clocks changed back at the end of October. What is happening this year is an absolute shambles! Give me the licence and I’ll gladly work over there and get everything sorted in the sun! Crazy!

My Wife & Myself LOVE that their's not many people at all this beach. For us it's Wonderful. Because Alcudia & the rest are so CROWDED that you can't even find a spot to lay.
And if you do, you'll have only about 5 or 6 feet of
Real estate to put everything you have with you on it. That sucks to have so many people that close to you to where you have to worry about somebody taking your belongings. I've never heard of that happening fortunately.
But we go to these places once or twice a year and the Spanish DO NOT have an Unwelcoming attitude AT ALL. Spanish people are the NICES most Freindly and Most Welcoming people of all the places we've travel to.
And I've been fortunate enough to have owned a Passport for over 40 years, and have been to 25 countries. And if all of those places the Spanish are ha ds down the nicest. We also stumbled across a festival that was only locals. So as we where there we asked if we were aloud there. And they said "Yes, Of Course".
Then these nice older Spain Women who spoke zero English or German told us to go get food by using hand gestures. But it worked 😂.
I say all of this because I don't want ANYBODY here to get the wrong impression of the Spain. Because even the teenagers are polite nice & well behaved. They even offered my Wife a seat on the bus. This is shocking to me at my age of almost 70. Because that's not the norm in world we live in today😢.
Also DO NOT Mix up Spanish people with "Hispanic", they have Zero to do with one another except for speaking Spain.
If you go to Spain looking for rice and beans, you're gonna Starve to death😂.
The only rice they have is a very short grained rained rice, thats used in Paella.
We just came back from there yesterday. And we always look forward to going back because the people are a Beautiful people. They always say Hola, and have attitude. They seem very happy and stressfree. Which makes you feel the same.
And because of this, we would LOVE to Move there. 🎉❤❤❤

I have been following your channel for a while and I always had negative thoughts about Mallorca but you have given some positive things about it and learned a lot of things that you can do without going to where tourists generally go to. I don't drink alcohol nor do I go clubbing but you have showed some really interesting places around the island that I really liked and I was planning to go there probably in September but with the chaos that is happening right now, I think I will skip it for now - I'm off to Malaysia and Indonesia within the next couple of weeks, and SE Asia is generally my favourite region to travel even though I do love the Mediterranean

Gutted, picked PP for a big family holiday with relatives from Australia chose PP as the beach is great for our 18 month old with the umbrellas n loungers, but to have to rent and carry even more stuff not brilliant, been doing Mallorca twice a year for years but maybe it’s time to branch out

I feel worried about all these chairs beeing bought every single week and then what? Left as garbage? If re-used that would feel ok like when families left inflatables in the hotel reception which were then reused as many times as possible instead of people buying new ones! I'm also not liking the idea of lack of toilets by the beaches...

It’s an absolute disgrace Alex. PP is a resort that attracts the older holiday maker as a 70 year old who has been visiting PP for nearly 40 years. I have angina and couldn’t possibly be carrying beach chairs about. Somebody needs sacking for this debacle.

I've just come back from there, going back again on Wednesday its better, no one coming and harrasing you and you can just lay on the beach? I see no problem you can buy an umbrella from across the road. It's not a big deal and has its plusses. All the locals are friendly and was perfect done believe the daily mail.

Hi Alex, the local council has to be very careful they don't price themselves out of the holiday market. I love the island and first visited over 35 years ago and have been coming back ever since. I truly hope the day never comes when I have to say enough is enough. Ps I'm in Alcudia Sunday, staying in Siesta1 where Andrew lives 😂

Ok ,I've seen it all so hear is my perspective. 70% of the beach should be free of sun beds and beach umbrellas, and not block access to the water. They should also be free for residents to use. I appreciate that the guys that rent them have a job to do and the more they rent, the more money they make but the beach should be easily accessible to all that want to use it. I've seen sunbeds around hotel swimming pools not being used at all. And are free to use by the holiday makers. Sunbed wars and the high prices charged for them must be a thing of the past, if the beaches can be enjoyed by all. Sorry for filling up your comment section Alex but well done for highlighting this problem again. 😊 ⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱
