Hi sir, once I bought this bonds, interest is fixed right up to 7 years. Floating means if I buy this bond today & after 2 years they reduce interest. So In this case my interest value will be reduced to that current year interest rate after 2 years. Consider it as a doubt.
Earlier these bond used to pay fixed. Now they changed to floating. If you already bought when fixed interested were offered, floating rate will not applicable to you.
