Beautiful bow. Great 3D course and nice shooting, especially out of the box. Great grouping. Cheers from Canada. Subscribed!👍. Just did my first ‘unboxing’ video yesterday 😎🇨🇦🏹
Hey Steve.. the Redman is performing beautifully.. it has masses of energy and I would wonder why you would need a 70# version as you end up with more bow mass and arrow weight .. A 50# Redman uses a 57/80lb wooden arrow @28" and it would be difficult to get bigger at a sensible diameter. The handle is not big at all as your hand fits nicely into the grip it may at first look a little bulbous but this area spreads your hand pressure and balances the bow well.
Great Video Mate .... I can't believe the difference that 1 inch can make on the brace height, those arrows were thundering out that 50# bow. Love the look of your bow, reminds me a lot of my Martin DreamCatcher 1 piece - Smooth, pretty lines and I love the cut out, nice pistol grip and the simple striking black stripe .. Awesome ... Enjoy mate ...
Great Video - Are Bearpaw bows available in the USA? Have a new Bear Archery Kodiak right now and have an Acadian Woods bow on order, so if available, I might have to check Bearpaw out as well.
Very good review indeed. I have made enquires about a 70 lb Redman myself, but have been advised that it may be a special order. How are you getting on with it now and what is the grip like? Not having the biggest hands in the world i sometimes struggle with them ?
i bought a 50 pound double carbon diamond laminated Falco longbow. i honestly thought i had decent muscle strength, then i tried pulling the bow. it was like that scene from The Matrix, as if i had never used my muscles before. my shoulder and elbow made noises i dident think was possible, i can pull it at full draw 3-4 times before im worn out.
if you hadn't used those muscles before, sounds like it was your first bow? buying a 50 pound bow as your first bow is like putting a 12 gauge shotgun in 5 year old child's hands and letting him shoot with his eyes closed. I bought a 35 pound bow as my first bow. It was the biggest mistake of my archery career. I struggled just to draw it back properly for like a month. You should return the bow to falco, I'm sure they would take it back if you explained the situation. Get yourself a 30 pound bow or less, and work on your form.
Vccine hey, i dident return the bow, it took me 3-4 weeks, but it gets lighter and lighter to draw as my draw technique evolved. now i draw it with no problem, altho the first 20-30 times was painful, and i dident even have finger tabs, i drew that thing bare finger, which definitly added to the difficulty.
Kristus Charlius you know, mistakes like that can turn people off. And the only reason I stuck with the archery is because I really loved it and wanted it. I'm glad you have passed that distasteful period of time. Hope everything goes well.
Nice shooting brother
All the way from New Zealand
Thoroughly enjoyed this video. The bow is nice looking and surprsingly quiet with no silencers.
‘’A merry dance in the air”……good stuff Wolfie!!..We miss you!

Hello many years later how do you like the redman?
Hi, thanks for the vid. May I ask where on earth you made this video? Looks like Bavaria, cause we also have trees, but I guess it isn`t.
Great Vid Wolfie!
