I have been filming SeaNet for a few years now, and every year their fleet gets bigger and bigger. Both is number AND in size. In this video the charismatic founder of the company Matty Zadnikar takes me through the latest addition to the fleet, a sensational Benetti Oasis 40m, and once again I am left in no doubt as to the formula that has led to such great success for SeaNet.

I've worked with Matty on several deals over the years. He is a true "stand-up" guy.
The owner comes across as very proud of the business and the people that work in it and rightly so. Seems like a great guy.

The yacht walkthrough with the owners and specifically this owner is great because we are able to experience the yacht as they do. I like how he pointed out things he liked and thought he would not use but does like in the Master bedroom and even how the window is great, but the balcony is a bit of a gimmick. He was very down-to-earth and charismatic in this discussion. Well done content!!

What a beautiful yacht. I must say Benetti does a great job with their yachts. Loving both the Oasis and BYond- maybe one day they will combine these two into a single design- the aft section of the Oasis and the the internal design of the BYond wishing all the best to Marty and his employees at Seanet. By the way, love the name of this yacht-Oreos! Yummy!
This yacht has so many surprises!
In vino veritas so have enough wine storage! Your tour with Matty was excellent. You show how SeaNet truly adds value. The options they have selected maximize both functionality and fun. I like the transformer and the upper deck wind break windows. The boat is modified with the long experience of a smart owner. The rotational crewing surely keeps competent crew and SeaNet assumes the responsibility for the business aspects of the yacht.

walk thru videos are so much better than all the fancy editing its nice to know where the tour actually is then a blinking red dot on the screen I always hear people spent 2 days filming but put out a 10 minute video most other walking tours are done with no editing and 25 minutes your style is your style but im guessing more people will enjoy this better!!!!!!!!!!!

Very interesting man and company. I’m sure there’s plenty of people who would be interested in having a yacht, but the cost puts them off. This is a great way for them to enjoy a yacht without it breaking the bank

Just out of curiosity, what size television is that in the sky lounge? It is huge!
You can tell why this owner is successful in life from his positive energy. He seems like a legit very nice and down to earth man. Many years ago when I was a teen and in college, a super rich friend of mine invited me on his father’s huge and fully staffed yacht for the day. Although my peasant self had a lot of fun that day, my friend’s father, who was some computer tech multimillionaire from Dallas, was the ugliest, rudest and most conceited person I have ever met. That jerk face would correct me in the most rudest and belligerent way when I didn’t use the correct terms on the yacht like aft, port, starboard, etc…. He couldn’t believe that I had never been on a yacht (like it’s a typical thing for people) or that I had never been on a seadoo. I’ll never forget that experience. Totally different than this gentleman.

Incase of fractional ownership, can one owner have veto on some other buyer? i.e. does initial buyer decide to whom stakes are sold to?

I feel you there. I’m really obsessed with taking very good care of whatever I own and with this sort of investment, it would suck to go in and see someone else’s damage.

I was invited aboard a largeish Benetti in Palma a couple of years ago. I sail and old 51 foot Beneteau. The owner was telling me about his zero speed stabilisers, my wife commented how great that must be. You don't have stabilisers the owner said? Motor yacht owners!🤫
So what does 1/6th ownership cost? $21m is what this yacht price is. Does that mean $3.5m buy in + $500k a year operating cost?
Why we didnt see the engine room?
Man, this supposedly has a range of 4,000nm at 11kn. If it can hit 5,000nm at 9 or 10kn, this would be perfect.
When I have the assets, it’ll be either this or the Numarine 45XP

Love your videos, however, I do hate these modern yachts with those bows, another 10 years and they will go backward, are there any benefits or is it purely cosmetic, or more likely a way of shortening the unused length?
