The interpretation you’re going for is “still available or ‘free’ to purchase.” I was interpreting it more as “this beat is free, no purchase necessary.” I see I’m not the only one though. I’ve been around long enough to know that you normally have to purchase the beat to use commercially even if it’s advertised as free, but a lot people might not know that.
