This is so helpful! I am actually in the negotiating stage right now with Microsoft for a Program Manager role! I have 7 years of experience, an MBA, and 2 years of management experience. I made a mistake and told the recruiter my range was 130-140 and now I feel like i lowballed myself ! 😞 I feel like I need to go closer to 150-160 base upon further research, even more. Any tips or insight you can give me? I literally match the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role. Thanks in advance ❤️

Thanks! This is really nice and helpful!! I hope more folks start talking more openly about this stuff! Hopefully workers can get to negotiate internally for wages that value their real worth-that would be nice.
