I just got a rescue rooster so he’s very timid , we tried to get him acclimated it for about two days and he’s still scared of some of our hens so I was wondering what I should do
Hi there thanks for your comment, I think is normal for a rooster to get shy or scared in a new environment, aren’t we all? 😅 I’ll say look for your dominate hen, she’s been the leader until now and separate her from the group, let the rooster make his way to the top of the pecking order as the leader of the flock and then move your hen back, she should get the message after that and your rooster should be the king haha 😆 good luck 👍
