Shepherd's Pie
one pound ground meat and one onion browned together and drained
1 1/2 cups of your choice vegetables.
I use 1/2 cup each of corn, carrots and peas
1 cup gravy
Combine all the above and put in a 2 quart casserole dish
cook 10 to 14 potatoes, mash and layer on top of meat mixture
bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes
