I just can't believe Mavs got two headed monster at the center spot, both starting caliber too. Just less than a year ago we had not a single one capable to hold their ground. Nico is the GOAT!
PJ Washington is such a huge upgrade over G.Williams on defense. I'm pleasantly surprised with this. Once he finds his shot it's over for the league. Finally Mavs have the potential to put games away in one quarter with their defense.

That's what you call proper acquisitions in the last 1-2 years to build a FULL team. Luka and Kyrie will be able to dominate and bring out the shine of the rest of the squad! Mavs have a title-contending squad and depth now. 💪

veteran Kyrie, Luka the future MVP and also gafford the only missing piece of mavericks rim protector Dallas now looking stronger good, balance line up excited too watch them road to the championship especially to watch them against Denver

I think PJ is a key player.....the guy is an excellent defender and very good overall player..basically they guy that they missed along with a decent center(Gafford) if they wanted to be anything more than a lottery type team...now at least they can compete against the stacked teams and they have a decent chance....

PJ's numbers in this game didn't do him justice, guy was a defensive monster (one could argue he was more effective than Gafford guarding Wemby), just needs to improve his shooting, as he missed some open looks he wasn't used to get in Charlotte and will get a ton in Dallas with Luka and Kyrie.
Also, Gafford is definitely a monster and a warrior crashing boards and blocking shots, but D-Live, man, that kid is different, don't ever write him off. Mav's center spot went from terrible to terrific in a blink.

When AJ Lawson comes out, you know the games over! Jokes aside, Never thought that I'd watch a Mavs game again where I love their defense more than their offense! Granted its against the spurs but the last 5 games just has been an encouraging trend. Rookie didnt disappoint in his comeback too, Praise the roof!! Great defensive win!!
