Dear England fans, Gelsenkirchen is a is a big dirty hole!! Don't go to Gelsenkirchen, as a German I would be embarrassed. Spend the night somewhere nearby, e.g. Düsseldorf. Just drive to the game and then leave straight away. There are also very few Germans in Gelsenkirchen and mostly migrants from the well-known areas. I'm sorry that games are being held in Gelsenkirchen again. Tip for you: Düsseldorf and Cologne are really beautiful cities with big party areas! Good luck!
True! Here some real Infos about Gelsenkirchen: >FRANK BARANOWSKI, MAYOR “The square used to be a stinking hole, a urinal” Little sun, lots of smokers And then Gelsenkirchen is known for “no-go areas.” For its “junk properties” and “bogus work,” as it was called in Die Zeit or WAZ. For “clan structures” and a “worker’s prostitution area. For child poverty and an unemployment rate of around 14 percent. For the closure of mines and the steadily fading romanticism of industry. People here are used to doing poorly in city rankings. The feeling of living in a losing city is familiar. One person says: "Everything is going down the drain anyway!" and another: "Ah, 401st place," when asked about the "Germany Study" that was recently published: commissioned by ZDF, all regions of the republic were examined for their quality of life. Gelsenkirchen was found to have bad air and few hours of sunshine, as well as the highest number of adult smokers. 401st place was the last place.

Dear England fans, You have been to places like Luton? Great, then you can skip Gelsenkirchen - hardly any difference there. ;) Go to Dusseldorf (modern, great shopping), Cologne (very good nightlife) or even Munster (beautiful university town).
Gelsenkirchen, a real jewel amongst all German cities 🥴
Don^t go there. Your team is shite. Save your money by staying at home.
Please only consume alcoholfree beverages and no smoking anywhere!!!
Topkapi is Turkish, not Greek 😅
