    G'day Astro. Handy project. I notice you don't have any physical isolation cutouts between high and low volts on your board. Any particular reason for this? I was always taught to isolate the 240v from the control volts on the PCB.

      I agree in principle with having a cut out. And, I did think of this. However, there was simply not enough room to do this (as I wanted to keep the PCB small) without it going at several different angles. If this was an SMPS, this should be done (albeit most manufacturers don''t...).

    Hey Astro, why you don't record the audio for the entire video which you used to record when showing the PCB design on your laptop? The audio for the part when you showed the PCB design on your laptop is excellent
