Hi! 4K quality video is pretty expensive and eats up a lot of camera space and battery life, not to mention only a select few cameras can shoot in 4K (although the list is growing, it’s the future). They probably only have a one or two camera setup, as opposed to music shows having several, which is why we have yet to see the higher quality that Studio Choom can deliver.
Studio Choom looks higher quality because it's not live and they use simple backgrounds. Being pre-recorded, they can use high bit rate capture, color grade, and take multiple passes at shots. Having simple backgrounds also help because it doesn't get destroyed by RUclips compression.

I always found it funny when Sunni said she wasn’t a good dancer cause throughout her comebacks you can see she’s so great at expressing every bit of her music. Fluid, smooth, clean, charismatic styling and also very playful! She’s always been a great dancer whether she knows or not. I know watching her grow so much with every comeback🤍🤍
