    Wow.. those fan kicks in the end are very challenging! I don't know how you can do it so fast. It looks really good. 👍👍👍👍 I know it is not part of the Strong Nation moves, but that is ok. It is nice to see something different. 👍

      Thanks Angela. Yes not officially part of Strong Nation's Class #13 Q3 but hence the challenge. It's a fast combination of 'Back to Earth' progression jump with a side kick. By assessing the tendency towards 'Out to In' hip rotations, it is a logical progression - simply extend the legs.
      But yes as with any progression, heed caution and do what's in your capability!

    Agree, the level is too easy for Q 3, even with the original max option

      Thanks for your opinion. Original choreography wasn't challenging enough for me so I made adjustments, hence this is 'MAX+'. If you study other STRONG songs + movements, these adjustments are appropriate for Q3. The most significant challenge difference are the kicks at the end, which are hip rotations added to Q3 #13 Back to Earth jump.
