As a Bills fan, I love listening to these guys after a Jets loss. It's like therapy. And I don't mean in the sense that the Bills won this game, but in the sense that Bills fans and Jets fans both understand the absolute misery of the NFL football season. Knowing that other teams go through this helps me when I need some perspective. Great show! Best of luck to the Jets the rest of the way (except when you come to Buffalo.)
Evan is great, but there is nobody like Joe Beningo. A lot of national media and people within the Jets have very ho him opinions. Joe B always tells it how it is, and cuts no corners in ripping the team. He is a national treasure.
Cause all these PC junkies are afraid of losing their jobs with each comment and they want to remain on good terms with the players and teams in the area. Joe has 90 percent of his foot into retirement, so he's gonna tell it how it is until he's out of there. WFan is going to be brutal when he does retire.

Buffalo had a number 2 defense last year. Only improved with ED Oliver. Offense vastly improved. Maybe it's not as much the Jets Sucking but Buffalo being a good team that people are sleeping on. Both teams are very similar. I just think jets need a new coach

What kills me as a fan is I've seen the jets coached well for three years in the 90's so i know what it looks like. Parcells understood in game urgency and season urgency like no other.

Then play the Jags. 3-3 isnt unrealistic. 2-4 is probably more likely. But no way 0-6. Gase may not make it to game 7 if they start 0-6.

Jets ownership has fucked this up like they always have. They should fired Mac when they fired Bowles. If you want to say they should have never hired Gase then fine but whichever HC they hired, Douglas should have been hired prior so he could have picked his HC which most likely would have been Gase anyway. Point being that Douglas and Gase could have rebuild or at least started to rebuild this team properly and the Jets might have had a chance this year at some success. All we have now is Darnold, Bell, Crowder Montgomery, and Herndon (when he returns). Anderson and Enunwa to me are overrated, the oline is truly suspect, our cornerbacks (every last one of them) suck ass. We have 15 million dline men and they could have used that #3 pick that they drafted Q. Williams and traded down for a boat load of picks to draft take your pick: two top notch oline men or a CB or WR or edge rusher. Now you have Douglas here trying to do a patch up job when if you would have hired him from day one, he possibly would have got this team straight. His track record with the Eagles was he was an excellent drafter. This will be a very ruff season and I blame it all on the ownership mainly.

Your fans kept telling me that Gase failed in Miami because he didn't have talent in Miami (he had full control of the roster the last two years btw). Miami had 5 skill position players that ran a sub 4.5 and the Miami heat at home wore opponents down. We only ever won at home and only by a score or less and we always lost away by two scores or more with a lot of embarrassing blowouts. You guys don't have the speed and home field advantage to bail him out and Miami is blowing up the roster he left. He runs such a well oiled ship that he tells people he's not worried about penalties and our offensive tackles during 15 minute pregame warm ups would practice sideline catches instead of warming up. He doesn't care.
The Jets have been ass for years and have had horrible records. Why did the NFL feel the need to give them a hard schedule? Jets fans aren't tortured enough? That one year the Giants had an incredibly easy schedule that help them get a 11-5 record which they end up being exposed by the Packers in Green Bay but I think even Jets fans would take a playoff appearance at this point in time. So why not start giving crappier teams easier schedules? Jets and Browns have been the laughing stock of the NFL. So why not give the crappier teams easier schedules? They'll probably do what the Giants did and be one and done in the playoffs but at least their fanbases can be a little happy knowing they made the playoffs.
Sunday was rough! Offense played terrible all around- OL couldn’t block, receivers couldn’t get open, and Sam looked lost sometimes. Wasn’t a fan of all the short passes 4.3 yards per pass attempt what the hell is that? You’re not going to win throwing short passes in the National football league.

Entercom. CBS never listened. Even though its a TV copy on the CBS Sports Network ( a TV network) put up Neutral Density film or blue curtains with your logos over those windows! Then re-white balance your camera.

I just found this. And I’m a Bills fan. (Woo hoo! We beat the Jets! 😛). But I just found out, via SportsCenter, that Sam Darnold has mono and will be out for 4-6 weeks. AND that Darnold had not been feeling well on Saturday before the game against the Bills, which turns out to be related to having mono. Does that change Joe’s and Evan’s thoughts about the Jets’ Quarterback Play at all?

Your fans kept telling me that Gase failed in Miami because he didn't have talent in Miami (he had full control of the roster the last two years btw). Miami had 5 skill position players that ran a sub 4.5 and the Miami heat at home wore opponents down. We only ever won at home and only by a score or less and we always lost away by two scores or more with a lot of embarrassing blowouts. You guys don't have the speed and home field advantage to bail him out and Miami is blowing up the roster he left.
He runs such a well oiled ship that he tells people he's not worried about penalties and our offensive tackles during 15 minute pregame warm ups would practice sideline catches instead of warming up. He doesn't care.

The Jets have been ass for years and have had horrible records. Why did the NFL feel the need to give them a hard schedule? Jets fans aren't tortured enough? That one year the Giants had an incredibly easy schedule that help them get a 11-5 record which they end up being exposed by the Packers in Green Bay but I think even Jets fans would take a playoff appearance at this point in time. So why not start giving crappier teams easier schedules? Jets and Browns have been the laughing stock of the NFL. So why not give the crappier teams easier schedules? They'll probably do what the Giants did and be one and done in the playoffs but at least their fanbases can be a little happy knowing they made the playoffs.
Sunday was rough! Offense played terrible all around- OL couldn’t block, receivers couldn’t get open, and Sam looked lost sometimes. Wasn’t a fan of all the short passes 4.3 yards per pass attempt what the hell is that? You’re not going to win throwing short passes in the National football league.

I just found this. And I’m a Bills fan. (Woo hoo! We beat the Jets! 😛). But I just found out, via SportsCenter, that Sam Darnold has mono and will be out for 4-6 weeks. AND that Darnold had not been feeling well on Saturday before the game against the Bills, which turns out to be related to having mono.
Does that change Joe’s and Evan’s thoughts about the Jets’ Quarterback Play at all?
