Con Brio - "Kiss The Sun"

The latest installment of JamBase's 'Gimme Shelter In Place' video series features Con Brio's performance of "Kiss The Sun" from 2015.
Con Brio came to JamBase's former offices in San Francisco to record a Grateful Dead cover for 'Songs Of Their Own,' a video series celebrating 50 years of the Grateful Dead. The band featuring vocalist Ziek McCarter, guitarist Benjamin Andrews, keyboardist Micah Dubreuil, bassist Jonathan Kirchner, tenor saxophonist Marcus Stephens, trumpeter Brendan Liu and drummer Andrew Laubacher also treated our staff to a few additional songs including "Kiss The Sun."
"Kiss The Sun" served as the title track for Con Brio's EP that came out a few months prior to the session. The band wound up contributing "When Push Comes To Shove" to 'Songs Of Their Own.'
