Hi there. Apologies for the slow reply. The overall building size is 8m x 3.5m. Full details available here: www.gardenshedsdirect.uk/8-0m-x-3-5m-billyoh-hub-garden-office-log-cabin-44mm/
Sorry @grimmwerks, I didn't shoot any video of the finished inside. You might find this link to the manufacturers information useful though. A few images of the inside on there. www.specifiedby.com/garden-buildings-direct/billyoh-hub-garden-office-log-cabin 👍
Hi Artic Lupo. This particular building is 8.25m X 3.5m. With the smaller section in the centre, it comes in at just under 30 square metres. Height is 2.49m. 👍
How did you find this from BillyOh. We are thinking of ordering a log cabin from them, as they do look good on the website, but are hesitant due to seeing several reviews saying parts missing or wrong etc, and customer service a nightmare! but have also heard some positives.
Hi, thanks for your comment. I ordered from Garden Buildings Direct, which is Billy Oh's online retailer. I received first class communication and customer service throughout. Only faulty part was a single door hinge which they replaced with a full door pack, Hand delivered within 2 days. The product itself seems of high quality to me. No complaints whatsoever.
Hi there. Having researched before buying, I didn't need planning permission. This particular building is designed to be just under the height and area measurements that need permission. Any bigger (i.e. more than 30 square meters) and you do need planning permission. So, as long as the building is not taking up more than 50% of your outside space and you're not using it to live/sleep in, you should be good to go. It's also worth checking for any drains running across your property and don't build on top of them as the water company may require access at some point. Hope that helps!
Hi Authur. Thanks for your comment. Hope you liked the video. The fence where the building is placed is an external fence, within the boundary line. The fence is where it is due to a slope down to the boundary. Then, at the other side of the boundary line is a strip of 'no man' s land', bordering an industrial unit. No neighbours to worry about fortunately.
I need one of these please 👍🏾
Great build what size is it?

Very good! I bet you wish you put smth on the floorboards while working.
Haha. Yes, that might have been a good idea but it was nothing a mop and bucket couldn't fix! Thanks for watching! 👍
Curious if there's any video of the inside once you've gotten it all set up?

I noticed the bulge or ridge in the middle of the roof. I have that too. Looks horrible from below.

@@YorkshireBikesAndBoards thank you so much for replying back to me. thank you for your help xx
oh no, that floor is gonna leak badly.
How so? Novice DIYer asking. Ta…. Ah no DPC to stop rising damp 👍
How did you get away with building it right next to the property line, In fact you modified the fence so your roof drains onto the neighbors property.
