she's decent against counter teams; if Edward Counters, she gains CR from arti, gets a CR push, and does damage if built for it. However, it depends on multis.

And for arena Alena exists so why let anything counter, not talking about ed here coz his thing doesn't count as a counter but everything else. So for arena cleaving she's useless. She can't replace anyone in the perfect team of Ml luna eda alena vildred I use for defs without belian or light achates. She can't fit into my Ran offense, or ml poli offense, or amid offense. I'm being kind but honestly her kit is shit. For a debuff opener - it doesn't make sense that the strip is on her extra attack and not s3, she doesn't have ignore effres (this one isn't mandatory but for normal arena you wouldn't use something without ignore effres when nak, luna, ran, ml poli exist). As a dmg dealer - no def pen, no bridge, no sb extra turn for two attacks like ice eda or sb for additional dmg, no crit awakening and her self imprint is eff. I'm just not complaining since she's cute and I only do normal arena and farming and I'm good on units for those so I'm only a little disappointed I can't use her.

A little add on here. It makes sense that vitamins supplements could cause it too. Supplements are meant to be very high in the vitamin its meant to provide so its easy to have excess vitamins from taking those. Some vitamins like vitamin C is "water solluble vitamin" which just means if you have too much of it, it just gets thrown out of your body thru pising
