Live in FL USA, I find home prices in THE PH to be overpriced. But I would have no problem paying PHP 13.5 M this home. It is priced right.

Yes...i live on the beach in Bradenton and its a bit crazy to see the prices in Phil. About 2.5x compared to Thailand. But this is Baguio so prices are even higher. For rental income you are way better off buying in US for rental income since rents are very high. This is a nice house though but you still have regular taxes and vat tax too

Dang cool the lights turn me on😂 teka led light bulbs kayâ ang mga ire; at, mayroon bang hot water ang plumbing systems dito at sa sliding doors is there a sliding screen doors?ty maayos ang kalahatang disensiyo sa plano so far!🎉

I would have a garage door installed. Kaya naman with Baguio temp, di masyadong mainit. Love love the Scandi feels of the house. Would've been nicer with built in robes in the other two rooms. Otherwise a very beaut home. Those sliding glass doors are def a major selling point. Ganda!

How about the water and electricity supply? May lugar na may oras lang yung tubig and may lugar na laging may brownout,p.
To impress me you have to start with the best feature of this house, but you start with the maid's room and maids toilet not impressive
