Im late to the conversation but i just felt like i had to comment to help clear the air a bit more. The blond guy is a very sweet actor who gets emotional easily (from what i’ve seen). This was their last show together so he was probably feeling extra emotional. As others have mentioned, the other 2 actors were trying to lighten the atmosphere by making light jokes, but trust me, nothing was done mean spiritedly. :) Especially the middle actor (who’s also a lovely individual) who was himself getting teary-eyed. So when he jokingly teased “are you crying right now?” he was half laughing at himself too. Tldr; there’s no bad blood between them :”)
