He has zero accountability and has been raised to believe the color of his skin and the neighborhood he grew up in should get him a free ride on life. We shit on cops every day but never ever focus on these young men in gangs, killing each other. No matter what, you still have a choice. Even if you grew up that way, you have a choice. And you chose to rap about and glorify the violence you've seen. My sons dad was killed when our son was 5 months old. We were homeless, I had to place him to be safe while I was on the streets. I'd been raped, beaten, jumped. I never hurt anyone. Myself maybe but that's it. I turned to drugs. I felt sorry for myself. Blamed everyone else. Well I had to grow up, I had to take accountability. I did it with zero family. Zero support. I have 5 years clean, a job and an apartment my son back. I made a choice that I wasn't going to hurt my son anymore by being a shit mom. This guy has every exscuse in the world. He's shot someone before. He only cares because he's facing time. Grow up.
He’s been raised to believe his skin color should get him a free ride in life? Support that claim with facts. He's still facing a murder and two attempted murders.....terise powe is never coming home ...
I save my empathy for victims.
12 isn’t a lot but like the other dude said he got attempts & a murd so he basically done because that’s just added time
Ryan he will be out 3 yrs.
@@ambercombs5346 no because he has a murder charge and two attempted murders. Hes a pos and deserves to rot

Accepting 12 years of slavery is crazy😳😂
At least he’s still young, hopefully he take this time to learn from his mistakes and come back to society later on and live better..
He still got a pending murder case 😞
@@eljefeplow7930 oh didn’t know, that’s tough…yeah this is a big lesson to leave the streets alone. Messed up his whole career
@@Cpfromthree 100 percent true
He still murdered a man so he won't be coming home young and if he would be sent home he'd start right back where he left off. This guy is a bad person who doesn't deserve any mercy or SYMPATHY!!! 12 years is just the beginning of his sentences. This guy should've just never been a bad guy. In his statements to the judge he wanted to sound like a normal person with good intentions but the judge sees right through his bs and told him no more talking. Your getting sentenced your not going home.
@@Cpfromthree How does he even have a "career"? His voice is like listening to a fork on a frying pan. Do notice everything is somebody else's fault.
Damn 12 years ? Do any one know why so many years just for his gun charge ?
Or was it more than just that one charge ?
And he got still got a murder charge, and 2 attempted murder
He rejected the plea deal and took it to trial and lost.
He has the prior conviction that he did juvenile time for and he's been adjudicated as a convicted felon with a gang enhancement so it's double digits on the clock slugga got seven because his lawyer successively avoided the gang enhancement
He a menace he gon drop something if he free.
Why would he say that shit Cmon man

8:13 very important lesson. Sorry he had to learn it the hard way
Yup he talking about lil cracka. Gotta be. That's his right hand man
Did this dummy just call his trial Judge “Send em home Salem!”? 😂🤣😭💀
Wayment... You told the judge he's known in the jailhouse as send 'em home salem ? ! Whyyy... Would you do that & why would your lawyer allow you too say that ? And... Why are you doing all that unnecessary rambling on ? That's so dumb ! What if he was gonna give him a sentence lesser than twelve years, but because he said that, he said, well let me give him something higher since they think i'm gonna always give people lesser sentences . Chile... All i can do is smh . Good luck young man .
once he said send him home salem he’s been thinking about how many years he’s about to give him he barely was even listening to boy 😂😭
Just lock him up forever they need to start making examples out of these idiots running around with their tight pants rapping about nothing positive but as soon as they get locked up, they crumble!
This is the type of idiot that used to mess up longer Recess times for all the kids. Judge went from "Send'em home Salem" to "Sit'em down David". Everyone waiting trial in the prison is getting quadruple max sentencing for playing with this judge's name.
Send em home salem?? Why would he say that? He had all this time in jail to think about what he's gonna say and that's the best he had...
Send em home Salem
When you are speaking stand up. Show respect.
The judge aint God
Did he say send him home salin😂😂😂huh
Boy wanted to get sent home by any means 😂
Bad council. They should of told him what to say smh this was a mess
These judges ain't playing no games! Stay out the streets
You honor something smells like feces judge: that would be your Brillo pad
This is the generation of victimhood. An exscuse for everything. Always someone else's fault.
(And no grandpas racist rants as a kid don’t count)
He clearly said he was trying to be cool and that he was naive. That’s as accountable as it gets. If you’re not stuck on race that is ;)
And save your life story. We could easily point out where your story was entirely self imposed as well if we knew the full story. Grow up
Come to Jacksonville I live here and I’ll be honest I feel bad and I feel you where you have to take accountability as a man but the system is Jacksonville is really screwed up in so many ways I wish we had mental health facilities but we spend the money on more upgrades to the “JAGUARS STADIUM” come to Jacksonville it’s a whole different world out here especially in the hoods it’s living in a third world country with you looking at the slightest person wrong with a person wanting to shoot it’s sad . But in order to make change it comes from within
You've had a hell of a life and I'm sorry those bad things happened to you. I do believe you are a stronger person for it and I think that's the right mindset to have. You have a very lucky son

Trust me he still got it, that don’t get out your system till like your late 30s when you from that environment. A lot just don’t live that long, or they get there in jail. Idk if it’s enough time for him, hopefully he’s more mature by the time he gets out

Judge has a reputation amongst the criminals for being soft on crime? They even gave him the nickname ‘Send em home Salem’… 🤦🏼♀️ How nice for the community that gets them back to reoffend 🙄
Having said that, gotta love that this kid was donkey enough to mention it in his sentencing phase 😅

One of the worst opening statements ever. I don't think the judge took that as a compliment.
He telling his life story from the beginning to the end doesn’t show he isn’t taking accountability. It shows he is innocent. The gun is what got him booked. He will be out after 10 years with good time if he stay right
Why would he say that 🤦♂️
It’s sad how they do the crimes and sat in the court room pleading. Behave your self obey the law…….
I know it's pathetic ,almost begging ,doesn't have the brains to articulate
fr like if you gonna do a crime at least take the time with dignity
Or take your time on the chin like I did and tell the judge you did it because you felt you had to at that time. Judge told me straight up he respected my honesty and my character.
Did not hear he said he's a product of his environment
There is always a choice.
How when u getting shot at as a kid u just talkin u don’t understand
What the hell even was this?
When you are a gangster rapper you dont have to live that life for real. When you have a record deal and are about to make shit load of money you act the gangster on video and enjoy your money in real life. Some people are just stupid and never learn from others mistakes.
See when the judge slams that gavel down and gives you that sentence you will instantly get smacked back into the real realm of things ☠️
