Thank you very much for this tutorial. I am Kenyan, and yesterday I made a gomesi for a dear Ugandan friend. She was thrilled with it. The only challenge I faced was attaching the sleeve to the yoke (kaaba). The sleeve hole was much larger than the kaaba's openings. Additionally, I noticed that the shapes of the sleeve hole and kaaba openings were quite different around the armpit area. I did my best, but the sleeves underarm area didn’t turn out as neatly as I had hoped. Nevertheless, your tutorial is the best I’ve seen so far on gomesi making. Thank you!
