@@StillnTheClear awesome, looking forward! Thanks for taking the time to respond: I know there are a ton of people asking questions and making comments
All I want to say is please tell your viewers to make sure it is legal in their state
Isn't making moonshine illegal? I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking.
Yes, federally it is illegal, but state by state the laws vary and some states allow home distilling for personal consumption.
As far as I know The only state in the union to legalize making moonshine is Missouri this is for Home use only So you guys need to get on your governors and change the law OK you are right there are four states in the United States that is legal I’m going to leave it to you to find out which one is legal
There are 8 states that allow home distilling for personal use. They are Alaska, Arizona, Maine, Massachusetts, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, and Rode Island. It is still illegal federally.
@@StillnTheClear I didn’t know about the other states the last time I looked it was Missouri only
@@StillnTheClear There are only four you are wrong The other states that you are talking about have high regulations to making moonshine if I lived in them I would be very careful making moonshine
@@StillnTheClear Why did you think it was eight
@@terrythompson9301 this is a question I get a lot so I researched. Here's a link to a site that actually shows the relevant state codes. boozemakers.com/home-distilling-laws-by-state/
