I have been working on learning how to meditate. In my latest meditation I saw what looked like a Blue door. I received an email on Thursday from a counsellor, I have an intake appointment this coming Thursday morning. I'm going to be able to heal and release trauma from my childhood. I'm a person pleaser. I know that I need to work on that! I need to work on my resources.
