I haven't been on my ALLY for a month or a little more, I load EMUDECK, and all my files are gone and it doesn't even recognize them. It says LAUNCHING STEAM ROM MANAGER, stays like that forever. Yes we did this all on the Ally. Although in the video we showed the initial install on a Windows PC since we already had it installed on the Ally, but the process is pretty much the same. We note in the video where it may differ.

Hi i have downloaded emudeck but idk where to get game lol. Do i have to buy the games before i tranfer it to the rom? Or is there any webside i can download free game?
Not sure why, that would be a developer question. It would be nice to have those included though so you don’t have to install and set them up manually.
Tried running pokemon gold but the controlls are all messed up. I tried fixing them in steam and emulation station, nothing worked. Anything else i can try?
First I would check the compatibility list to make sure this game has no issues running on this device. Not all games are supported, or play with no issues.
We didn’t have that issue, but you might have to launch Duckstation and set it up there. You can just find and run the exe on your computer or open it from Steam. Give that a try.
You will still be able to play your games and everything, you just won’t get any updates to the software. But hopefully by then it will be out of beta and just be free.
Is it just GameCube games that the controls don’t work or any games that use the dolphin emulator? You might actually have to open the emulator separately before first use. Also, make sure you have Gamepad active from the command center before launching.
@@joshuavazquez2615 Hmmm. Yeah, see if you can open the Dolphin emulator, make sure the game is showing up there and maybe try to set up the controls directly through the emulator itself.

@@Kidzgamerz43 i found a different RUclipsr that has a link to a different emulation program that has all the bios in it. I just copied it from that fine to where it needs to go in emudecks.

Do you know if I can run mobile games on this? There’s a few I want to play that’s much more accessible than just playing on my small phone screen. For example the mobile KH game releasing soon.
There are a number things you can try actually. Win 11 has built in native Android emulation depending on your region. You can also download the Google play store, try Google Play Games, Blustacks, etc. Give those a try. Happy gaming! And thanks for watching and subscribing!

hmm that's odd. I would try reinstalling (you can do this right in Emudeck) and see if that fixes the directories issue.

No, that’s only if you need to launch Emudeck, which you don’t need to do to play games.

Google "emulated hardware roms" in other words if you are emulating gamecube, just google "gamecube roms"

How do you setup your controller settings for Duckstation? I using Rog Ally I turn on game pad mode and it won’t work at all. Please help :(

I can't get press the start button on need for speed but my controls work in every other game
Might want to check the emudeck game compatibility list. That game might have issues or is not supported.

I downloaded it got a game on there started it up got to the start menu & can’t go any further. The buttons won’t work to get past it for some reason.
