Chameleon doesn't heal either. But the thing is she enables other characters by giving them ASPD and normal attack DMG buffs. Not only that, if you run her with Hamel or Anne, she can boost their healing because they heal with attacks and more ASPD means more attacks meaning more heals.
Lisa is extremely niche. We have a stage that is perfectly fit for Lisa, which is stage 8-6. You can clear the stage using Empower, combo slow Lisa (level 1 phase 0 with shackle 1 is enough, shackle 3 is better) and Kelvin (at least phase 1), and the others are DPS range. Lisa and Kelvin skill plus Kelvin slow aura will give enough time for your DPS range to clear the walmart Freddy.
99 is also next to her. Her dmg is bad, she loses her hp in exchange for dmg but doesn't get enough dmg in exchange, not even a swing boost or anything
I use Lisa quite alot, along with Kelvin and Pacassi (with all their Crimebrands unlocked) as the core of the team. It's quite satifying when a group of mobs crawling and dying from multiple stacks of Pacassi's radiation.
Lisa has her own spot on tier list. If they ever buff her, here's something I'd like to see: When the slow is effective, apply butterflies that reduces enemies def % per stack. Upon detonation heals all allied sinners and increases their attack by % for 5 secs. idk just a random idea kek
Lisa was my first favorite design in this game...then I was like oh she's not that good but kept using her when i finally stopped game got so much easier
