We just stayed in Shinjuku and one of the goals was to get my neighbor to 6:30am Aikido practice. He had to leave early because it gets crowded and we walked through Kabukicho at 5:30, when all the people are leaving the bars to try to catch the early train home. 5:30am in Kabukicho is the definition of shitshow.
I wonder that myself, its possible that Tokyo content is just very competitive because basically every foreigner in Japan lives here. But Im also hoping this video gains a lot of traction in the future :)
You caught me, that's the retro video game space station bar in Osaka, unfortunately I don't really have many shots of concept bars because they usually don't allow video, good eye

The robot restaurant lights were all new footage, I think they reopened but dont know for sure

We do spend time in Ikebukero and Minato as well, but most of the drinking is definitely in Shinjuku XD

They have announcements to watch out for touts in Japanese, but I’d imagine it would be more useful if it was in english 😅
They have announcements in English too from loud speakers on the road side entrance between golden gai and kabukicho now
