I haven't yet. For what I do, the scout works fine. The only thing I want to add is a trolling motor with spot lock. Fishing rivers has been a little difficult. I have to get a better Anchor or maybe have 2. There are some great features with the trophy though. Pedestal seat, a couple extra feet on the back, and livewell. I just couldn't justify the extra expense for the awesomeness of the trophy.
Cool video but that lake is small. It only has 88 miles of shoreline, I grew up in lake mead and still go all the time and we have 750 miles of shoreline. Besides the lake, I just rode over 300 miles from Hoover dam to Davis dam to Parker dam. 3 lakes 3 dams and a lot of miles was super super fun. Just gain some more experience, a few scores of hours and you’ll be a pro, keep it up brotha. Also you need to go over 30-34 mph to get your ski on plane and it should be a bit smoother. I have suspension on my seadoo so it’s much smoother. Also I just notice in the end of the video and I had to edit my comment. WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR KEY DOING NOT CLIPPED ON TO YOUR LIFE JACKET. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS KEEP THE KEEP CLIPPED TO YOU JACKET OR YOU WILL HAVE A BAD DAY OR VERY POSSIBLY DIE. Sorry not have the key clipped really triggered me, it is 100 times more dangerous then not wearing a seatbelt in a car so please please always clip your key.
The key not being attached was lack of experience. Not paying attention. It's always attached now. Took it out quite a bit in the last couple of months so I'm more comfortable driving and being in chop. It's super fun and not scary at all now. I love it. That's crazy, how big your lake is. We have the great lakes (Lake Superior and Michigan), that would be quite the adventure.
@@OetkenOutdoors of course no prob, if you have any other questions don’t hesitate to ask. I’m glad you keep the key clipped now and sorry again for the rant but no matter what I always say wear your jacket and clip the key when riding. The Great Lakes makes lake mead look like a tiny pond, if you ever make it out there that’ll be very epic, like riding on the ocean but without the salt. Looking forward to those vids bud.
What is the farthest you have ever went on your boat, jetski, or kayak?
Send it!
That machine is fun! Finally got use to it midway through the trip.
If you can't tell, I'm a little tired at the beginning. 😂
That's fast!
A guy on Facebook told me he can get his to 52 with 3 people on it. I'm not so sure but it's capable of going that fast.
Do you ever think about upgrading to a sport or trophy? I’m getting the trophy next month but wondering how do you like the scout

Thanks for the speed tip too. Great to know.

@@andyhan5008 no biggie, I was surprised that it took this long for someone to chew me out for it 😆
Don't wipe out!
It was close.
