Yahan topper matlab jitna vacancy tha (for example 2000) 10-20 lakhon candidates me se jin 2000 candidates ne final cutoff (mains + interview wala) clear kara, woh sab topper hai. Woh school college wali top 10 ya top 3 yaha matter nahi krta
