I used to watch these kinds of videos with the mind that this was practically impossible to do (I still kind of think so but a lot less), then got a vr for my birthday and then beat saber a week later and started playing and realised that the hits you have to make are set to go with your natural arm movement
Basically if you hit down, the next move will usually be up. Yknow so that you can actually do it without hurting yourself or smthn.

you must be really skinny for how much you play this game. I hate that I haven't gotten around enough time to watching more of your videos but you're still amazing as always so I'll just binge watch all of it. Seriously though you must be really fit to play this because it does take a lot of energy even if it is just moving your arms around. I wish i could play Beat Saber though. it's such a cool game. sadly I'm poor. watching this is good enough for me though
