gorgeous hazy song that reminds me of a 1 way road trip during an endless summer.... the ending is beyond sick....
this blows the album version out of the water! I love when bands are better live
Something about this music. I'm addicted.
My new idol. Bass and drummer both look like Vampires. Can't hurt.
ONE OF HIS BEST ! I HIT REPEAT !
Kurt and co. Signed my American Tour poster. Great people to have drinks with.
Kurt played for war on drugs, then uses the drummer for warpaint, and has an album with Courtney Barnett…The man is surrounded and creates greatness. Wild work history.
Love the new drummer! Good fit. KV and the Violators are in the zone on this one, great version.
+Kirk Trainer That is Stella Mozgawa from Warpaint. She is a phenomenal drummer and Warpaint is fantastic. I think her work with KV is only occasional, but yeah it's always awesome when they work together.
Totally AWESOME, thank you!
Mesmerizing♥♥♥
Stella Mozgawa great addition...Kurt has good taste.
Seeing them Saturday in Boston
+Eric Blevin they are playing Bonnaroo, i'm stoked!
also a few shows with Wilco. Met them at the bar after their Northamton show and he signed a poster for me. He was well tuned with some family and friends.

RIP Rob…
Sounds like the good end of Lou Reed's canon
I love you Stella
Stellaaaah!
@@dewimatthewsYou quit that howling down there and go to bed!
Is it just me or might the guitarist have the Steve Zissou crazy eye?
dat outro doe
Honey combs.
The word missing from the Kurt Vile dictionary: "flaws."
Lorelei, Please don't get me wrong because I do indeed love this this song to an extent. I love the groove and I love his "lazy" style of singing which reminds me of Lou Reed or J. Mascis of Dinosaur Jr. However, I think this song is about four minutes too long. The groove is great, for about four minutes but I think then turns to a sort of monotany. Too many stanzes of lyrics which are not particularly deep or penetrating which are even repetative. So, I would love the song more if I could cut from the about the 4:00 mark to the 8:00 mark when the jam begins. Just my opinion. Further, insofar as this particular recording is concerned; The short yet delightful jam at the end seems to be mic'd wrong which does not feature the lead guitarist who seems somewhat muted.
I get that. But I think the point is to leave you waiting for the last couple minutes. They're teasing you.
@@dmcelro1 For me, the length of the song and repetition goes with the intended feel of the song. Which reminds me of a sunset, or strange trippy yellow lights in the middle of the night. =)
thumbs up if WFUV version is better than KEXP
Jack Doe Obviously not...
@@IwasthewalrusYou don't think that Stella Mozgawa transforms these songs? I think she's way superior compared to whomever performs with him on KEXP session man! Especially Goldtone.
I love Kurt vile but I'm not digging this particular performance. everyone seems so knackered.
