it absolutely does, when you replace the stock intake with a high flow intake you are adding more air to the engine that is already programmed from the factory, to run more lean due to emissions (especially if you've added a high flow exhaust or even just slip ons). you definitely should get a tune after adding an intake to any bike really.

Hi, dealership may, but I am not aware of any. I just replaced it and have no issues or error codes on the dash.
