This made me cry. Love how Alfred speaks about Tony in the present tense and it’s always a pleasure to hear Fred speak. As a former employee of Zappos, I truly appreciate this interview. ❤
@@RobertLoCascio At 12:34 "I can't make payroll" That is an outstanding comment because it sheds light on a regular obstacle that many entrepreneurs face, and we face many obstacles on our entrepreneurial journeys. We're dream-chasers, we sleep on couches, we eat Ramen noodles, we eat pizza, we sleep in our offices, we're fanatical and we face tons of obstacles when we start businesses. Many dream-chasing entrepreneurs have gone through the "I can't make payroll" issues at least once. Here's a story, our Kidmoto bank account was negative $-900 a few weeks in a row, 2017, and I'm paying $300-$500 per week in fees, my girlfriend said "I would go crazy if that happened to me." I told her "it's good practice for dealing with pressure." This was a very inspiring and very insightful video, it's well done. There are tons of good lessons to learn from these stories of Tony Hsieh. Keep them coming Rob.

Thanks for this.
Still stunned.
Thanks for such inspiring interview. Tony has inspired me greatly when I started Oxwhite in Malaysia.
So sad. Appreciate the beautiful insights into the remarkable Tony Hsieh, from the two people who really knew him and loved him.
