Jax looks so sad and almost lost for a split second. It’s like he doesn’t know how to express his grief, so he just gets angry and storms off because it’s easier. I think there’s a lot more to him than just the mean guy persona.

I really like how this lets Pomni know that even if she goes insane, she'll be remembered in the end, which we saw is one of her biggest fears in her nightmare in the beginning of the episode. It's also called back to with the shot of her being pulled up by her friends

So Kaufmo died from the pilot episode. It seemingly he was a good clown. The scene where I watch it once really hits me in my heart, not gotta lie. But I’ll be honest. I felt heartfelt when I’m experiencing my family member, especially old or new passed away. My Uncle, and my newborn Nephew, and even the others that I never forget them. Even my sincere grandpa. It’s been 19 years ever since I’ve haven’t chance to met him, but his death was far long distance in California. So? No one knows about it. But my dad told the story where It’ll will haunt his story for the rest of my life, even for my dad’s origin life, he felt the anger, and pain, and wildest story back then. He suddenly still my lucky dad. I’m not cry. It feels hurt to my gut tho. But Kaufmo’s fate will never forgotten his short lived. R. I. P. 🕊️

Seeing Regatha break down made me start to cry. This reminds me of when I worked as a patient transport. I had a hard time keeping myself together after dropping off hospice patients, and the deceased. Only knew them for a little or not at all. Unlike my coworkers who have no soul, I try to remember them. Some part of me knows it's just life, but I would cry every time. Unlike pomni, I was alone due to my family and friends not understanding or scared of the situation. Like I was made out of radiation. The feeling of loss never gets easier. They probably had to deal with seeing others suffer. They also take a moment of respect. Also not afraid to share their moments and grifting for Kaufmo shows they deeply care for each other. Jax not included due to needing space which is understandable. Pomni not meeting him in a healthy state yet seeing others giving hope for the future also made me ugly cry. I wish we could have hear them speak, yet would give the fans freedom to put their own headcanon.
Honestly, this episode was handled super well. Since the last episode was an introduction to the world, the characters seemed to lack a bit of life, but having an episode completely about Pomni's ability to trust the other characters instead of immediately joining the funsies is a really good sign. There is thought put into this. Plus the existential horror of the test room is fantastic. Got lots of chills watching this yesterday.

I love and enjoy media, though I usually find myself unable to cry. This, however? I felt teary-eyed without crying like normal, but as soon as the main theme kicked in.... God, what an episode. Even making me feel for someone I never even knew. This show's gonna be great, no matter what community surrounds it. Also funny to see an OSC creator posting this lol... prolly just my youtube recommendations being biased tho.

For me the funeral of Kaufmo have a pretty moral at the end: although you think you're alone don't be sad or scared because when you think it's the end or in dire state it's at this moment you realize you'll always have someone for helping you to overpass that dreadful moment. Take care of your friends and be there when they need you the most !
Even though we saw Kinger and Gangle as the most mentally unstable ones, we're reminded that they're also humans because thet can still feel sadness and empathy. Having a funeral to mourn for the people who died is the most human thing to do. That's what makes us different from animals. We hold memories and find it hard to let them go
I just finished watching the “Raggedy Ann and Andy” film, I was crying from start to finish. I can see why this is Gooseworx’s favorite film and why she found inspiration to make this show.
This was a really great scene, I liked the callback to Pomni’s nightmare at the beginning. I kinda wish it had more screen time than just the last minute of the episode though

Even though the circus is fake, these humans and their emotional attachments are still very real. That alone is enough to keep Pomni sane longer.
From the first episode the instant they land in the circus they don't remember who they were. So all they got is this new identity. That's their new reality.
I just realised, in the bit she gets pulled up (pomni) Zooble, gangle, and ragatha’s hands are pulling her up. She sees them as friends.
