How to add V-ray 6 material library offline l fix error "this site can't be reached"

In this video, we will learn how to load the V-Ray material library in offline mode in case you upgrade to V-Ray 6 and its material library not working or displays a blank page error. You can either download it again to avoid the error during installation, or if you already have it, you can easily install it to its directory. This method also fix the error page "this site can't be reached" when you hit material library button.
