Very helpful tips as I sit here and struggle to find why there is no sound. The filter is not highways and lowpas but the left is the freq and the middle is the width of that freq. another tip impound useful concerning scenes: you can deactivate the A and B buttons andwith func +A or func+b.

Good point! I like octa because I can use it as a mixer with effect, so its a great compromise. Waitin on few new products that might be gamechanger tho
@@OoraMusic i envy you me tried for a loan for upgrades get me a virus and few modules with a good cv midi sequencer here and there as i am dawless but bank denied me everything ahaha. Man please keep us posted when new products arrive. You have amazing workflow and deserve far more views
thnx for the great video. i literally stumbled painfully through each and every aspect of it for the last year. the ot is such a great machine. although i just found a bug that’s really grinding my gears: anyone having problems with bank changes that won’t make my tempo change with it? though tempo per pattern is activated..?!
The other day I was streaming and suddenly a track was only playing the sample 1 every 2 bar. It was driving me crazy... It turned out that by mistake, with the tip of a finger, I had put the LFO 3 depth to 1 instead of 0, and it was a square wave set on volume, effectively turning it on and off. The Octatrack can be mischievous.
Any idea why my playback trig doesnt work in a flex machine? I can preview the sample and it sounds great / sampled properly (internal sampling) but it wont actually play with a flex machine when I put a playback trig. What am I missing?

I think the description of this clip is a bit misguiding. In my experience this is not a buggy machine.
