Love yesterday talking about how she didn't want to seem like she's hiding anything from the jury.
Today (and every day), she objects to every defense question on cross that makes her case look bad. For example, when Shardt was asking about the shell casings from QZ's weapon that would have been at the scene.
Nothing the State has put on has been coherent. It's all confusing and nonsensical. The only time we get any clarity is when the defense asks questions. Obviously, the states strategy is to overwhelm and confuse the jury. If they had any actual evidence, we would have seen it. Instead we get street gossip, hearsay and unethical bs from the ADA's.
Just throw this case out already. Fulton Co looks like a complete joke to the rest of the world.
(We know the real reason this case won't get tossed, and why it's dragging on though. Big Fani is getting federal grants to prosecute this RICO.)
What’s insane as well, the Judge continues to allow the State to be unprepared and sloppy. Meanwhile under Glanville, Steele was accused of being unprepared in front of the jury! The bias continues in my opinion, the mistrial should’ve took place when the state and judge Glanville held an illegal ex parte meeting n cared more about who leaked the meeting to the Defense team as to being honest about the meeting overall and just giving up the transcript in the moment (not too sure if that calls for grounds of a mistrial) Is this a RICO case or a soap opera?

She uses too many words & beats the witness down with questions that don’t result in any conclusion. The defense even marks with their words the conclusion they want the Jury to draw.

I expect for criminals to blatantly lie to get themselves out of trouble, or get OTHERS in deeper trouble. It's common to see negativity in their demeanor, aggression, and overall display a bi-polar disposition depending upon how the wind blows. However, I am shocked to see so many employed by a key judicial agent (the D.A.'s office), in Fulton County Georgia.
I can't stop watching and some days are hilarious but it's heartbreaking. Love is soulless.
Love d don't understand that these boys are trying to stay alive. It is heartbreaking 💔 and I'm not sure if they care about their lives but I'm sure they don't want their families to be a risk😢

Finally understanding what Ms Love's questioning was actually about thanks to the Defence telling the story properly. Prosecutions have been quite hypocritical when it comes to their objections and claim the trial is ethical.

This case is based on HEARSAY! Ms Love is trying to puzzle this case with their testimony and judge allowing it.
I'm trying to see myself as a juror and my head starts spinning from the back and forth, from misjudgements and so called he said she said stuff. Ms Love is dangerous someone needs her job. That chip on her shoulder needs knocked down a little, she's trying to understand street life but will never. But myself as a juror, I would be napping as I would have made my decision before day 90. Waste of time and tax payers money.

Huh? Lol 😂 She has been supportive and bias in favor of Love - letting her present her case even if it is irrelevant or cumulative. She overrule defense objections. She “allow” Love to play in the gray with her line of questions, way she preset evidence, and all the actions she takes with witnesses. She helps love with her case on the bench. The defense barely has a fighting chance and gets cut down to position their defense properly. Cutting Love the couple of times she does is because Love who is playing in the gray will hurt the reputation of the court when she goes to far. And she does. On the top of that: Love comes unprepared, ignore instructions, and argue with the decisions of the judge everytime… this one and glanville.
She tries to make his answer seem like he said that in an interview which is a lie. Yo can’t object because on the record it looks complete but in the video it looks really snakish. Instead of saying I don’t remember say “No” especially if her facts aren’t straight, it’ll work better in your favor to prove the lies you made. All of this has nothing to do with the larger YSL, these are all darts to line up a larger corporation and cooperation of crime. But more than likely the state do not have that question in an interview and she wants the answers right then and there and do not have any proven evidence and facts. She wants to connect pieces and inconsistencies but tell the truth. Or say “I do not recall.” Express your full answer and take advantage of your circumstances.
